Subject: Change of venue for incentive trip for Thursday, May 26th, 2022
Due to strong probability of rain tomorrow for the Cincinnati Reds game, our 8th grade trip has been changed to a different location. Staff and 8th grade students attending the trip tomorrow will be going to the Web Extreme Entertainment Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Students will report to school on normal time. Busses will leave at 9am and will return by approximately 7pm.
Please email or sign a note giving your child permission to attend.

PARKING: Please use the front middle school parking lot in front of MS building (Bus unloading zone) Please refrain from parking close to the elementary school since buses/parents will be arriving at that time for school.
Parents please do not arrive before 7:45am due to our buses unloading for the beginning of the day. Thanks.
SEATING: (For parents) Please use the first 2 rows in the center of gym bleachers. There will be a staff member to assist.
Students receiving awards will sit in bleachers next to coach’s office (west end of gym)

PWMS parents of students who qualified for the Reds trip need to be aware that the stadium is cashless. We recommend getting Visa gift cards to purchase items in the stadium. The Reds do have machines for cash transactions for stadium cards. However, the card is only good for stadium items.

PWMS Traffic Update: Due to logistical issues during dismissal time cones will be placed on the service road behind the schoool to prevent traffic back up. The cones will be put in place at approximately 12:30 and removed at approximately 1:30. Once the cones are removed parents can proceed around the building as we have been. To ensure student safey please arrive after 1:30. Thanks for your cooperation.
