The MS Boys Basketball game @ Symmes Valley is still scheduled.
The PWMS Pantry will be open again after our long break! Our first open hours will be this Thursday 11/7/2024 from 3 PM to 4 PM. As always, the pantry can be accessed at door 14 on the back side of the school. As additional hours are determined we will post more!
The pantry is for the use of any family with students in the district.

Please make sure to get your completed physical turned into the office as soon as possible. Each physical covers a student for a calendar year. Mr. Blevins just added a new event for Portsmouth West Middle School. Families and teachers will get reminders about "Beginner Band Parent Meeting" as the event approaches. Here are the details:
Beginner Band Parent Meeting

We're thrilled to kick off our beginner band program for the year!
If your student is joining band for the first time this year, we are hosting a mandatory parent meeting to help them get set up with an instrument. During this meeting, we will cover all the details on how to secure an instrument for your child and make sure we find the best possible instrument for everyone.
Please do not make any instrument purchases before the meeting without checking with me first. I want to ensure that you invest your money wisely in a quality instrument that meets our standards.
The meeting will take place in the Middle School Band Room at 4 pm this Saturday, August 26. If you haven't visited the band room before, you can find it directly across from the gym, on the side of the building closest to the elementary school. You can enter the building from either Door 2 or Door 5.
