Portsmouth West Elementary is now accepting online preschool applications. This is an interest application letting us know a little more about you and your child. PWES Preschool is a grant funded program from the Ohio Department of Education. PWES must follow two eligibility rules for our program: household gross income at or below 200% on the 2020 federal poverty scale and child’s age (4 on or before September 30, 2020).
