Miss West 2021 Madison Russell has a new honor attached to her name - 2021 Miss River Days Pageant 2nd Runner-up. Russell not only earned her place in the River Days Pageant court, she also won numerous other awards and scholarships that demonstrated her strong performance in the pageant and character in her community. She won the Impressive Scholarship, Ruby Bracken Award, Legacy Award, and Constant Award.
Pictured below with Ed Ingles, Madison Russell also was awarded 1st Place in the River Days Parade Float competition. Mr. Ingles is an invaluable mainstay at Portsmouth West High School in helping yearly with parade floats design and construction. He also assists the school's amazing theatre program with stage and prop construction and design.
