Congratulations to Portsmouth West High School teacher Mrs. Kathy Ross for being awarded the 2020 Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics South District High School Teacher Award. Each year, the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics - an affiliate of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics - recognizes outstanding teachers, professors, emerging leaders and friends of mathematics.
